| So ...it has almost been a year since I've done Xanga. I became a Myspace user and I really enjoy it! But I wanted to tell everyone hello and Happy Holidays and that Josh and I miss you all and wish we were in Korea again! Hope you all are doing well....talk to you soon. | | |
| Today is my fifth day back in the "states" and I must say that there are not many things other than food that I miss about this place. I had Thai food last night with Jon and it was really great! (and we had sushi!!!!)
I miss public transprtation...within 5 minutes of the my first time driving I got pulled over! I was soooo mad. If I get one more point on my license I get it taken away! I needed a "taxi." (sean connery)
Last night I went to bed at 6:30 and I woke up at 5 in the morning. I have been soooo tired. And I hope that I am normal, but I haven't really felt like talking to alot of people. I kind of just want to stay home and lay around. I hope that I snap out of that soon.
Well...I really miss Korea and I really miss you all....Keep in touch...
| This is my first official post from the USA and I just wanted to let everyone know in Korea that I am home safe and I am missing everyone like crazy....
Josh says hey too and wants to remind everyone that even though he is miles away from you all.... he will NOT become a Xanga user and refuses to relinquish his TCIS titles to Chris or Ryan!!! Sorry guys.....
Beleive it or not I managed to get everything home safe except for two celadon tea cups...
Sally...Jon loved his boxers and says thanks :) I miss you already...
Virginia...Sorry I didn't get to give you a hug goodbye, but I can't wait to see you again!
Chris...thanks for the help packing and for staying up late to help out. The pic is sitting on my dresser...Thanks again...
I am already planning my trip back to visit!
| It's hard to journal when there are so many things that you want to say...
I started packing tonight and I taught my last full day in first grade yesterday! I can't really explain how I feel, but I know that I am ALL sorts of emotions all tangled together! In other words I'm a mess!
I am so thankful to God for all the experiences I have had and I am anxious to see what is next...
I am so blessed! | | |
| "What! This is America, not India!" was my most dramatic line in my Columbus's Voyage skit for the first graders on Thursday! We were all dressed up including hats and scopes! It was hilarious. Not to mention that Joshie was the Indian. I will be posting pictures of this experience. No! Linds and Jen...I wasn't Columbus this time, but I was a crew member of the Nina. I can't escape Columbus in the education realm...
Believe it or not I started packing today and I can't fathom that in exactly two weeks I will be on a plane headed for West Palm Beach. I have been so blessed here and there are so many people and things that I am going to miss....I have loved this time in my life.
Love you all..... | | |
